Change Status to Retired or Resigned

On this page, ABPP specialists may request to change their status with ABPP to either retired or resigned. Please be sure to review the descriptions of each status carefully before submitting the form.

Important: if you signed up for automatic annual renewal of your attestation fee, submitting this form will cancel it to avoid overcharging you. If you are changing to retired status, you may then pay the reduced rate for retired specialists when you submit the attestation form. At that time, you may opt back into automatic annual renewal at the reduced rate if desired.
