The ABPP Marketing/Outreach Committee is excited to announce a new collaboration between ABPP and Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology. ABPP is sponsoring the ABPP/Psi Chi Graduate Research Grant. This grant will help to defray direct costs of an original empirical research project while introducing students to the process of applying for and managing a research grant. Research projects will be awarded $1,000.

For more information, please visit https://www.psichi.org/page/abppinfo.

Psi Chi is the largest student psychological honor society with chapters at over 1,150 four-year colleges and universities. Their mission is recognizing and promoting excellence in the science and application of psychology. Approximately 22,000 members join each year to apply for research support, gain leadership skills, receive career guidance, and build diverse relationships that advance psychology.

ABPP and Psi Chi are esteemed organizations within the field of psychology. Both organizations are committed to fostering excellence in psychological research and practice. The collaboration between ABPP and Psi Chi to establish this graduate research grant represents a significant opportunity to support the professional development and research endeavors of graduate students in psychology. Together, we hope this grant will empower graduate students to excel in their research and contribute to the advancement of the field. We believe that this collaboration will strengthen the ties between our organizations and make a lasting impact on the future of psychology.
