ABPP Foundation

The mission of the American Board of Professional Psychology Foundation (ABPPF) is to promote high quality psychological services by providing scholarships to eligible psychologists seeking board certification. The generosity of people like you enables the ABPPF to offer several scholarships to encourage psychologists to seek ABPP board certification and to assist eligible applicants with the costs associated with applying for certification.

ABPPF currently supports eight scholarships, including three new scholarships that were jointly created in the past few years. These three new scholarships are for eligible psychologists seeking board certification in Serious Mental Illness Psychology, Psychopharmacological Psychology, and Rehabilitation Psychology. The next scholarship ABPPF application deadline is for Training Directors (October 31, 2026).
