Senior Application is used by psychologists who have:
- Licensure as a psychologist at the independent doctoral level for 15+ years.
- Doctoral degree from an APA/CPA accredited or ASPPB/NR designated program.
- APA/CPA accredited internship or equivalent year of supervised experience.
- Application fee is $125.
