ABSP Call to Action

American Board of School Psychology Call to Action

The American Board of School Psychology (ABSP) has joined with our other school psychology organizations in supporting this School Psychology Unified Anti-Racism Statement and Call to Action.  We have provided the statement below and a response to comments related to the statement.  The American Board of School Psychology stands together in solidarity with our organizations APA Division 16 School Psychology, Trainers of School Psychologists, Council of Directors of School Psychology Programs, Society for the Study of School Psychology, and the National Association of School Psychologists to reaffirm our commitment to be anti-racist agents of change. Representatives from these organizations and others have worked together to pen our commitment to this charge in our document – School Psychology Unified Anti-Racism Statement and Call to Action.  We hope that all of you commit yourselves and respond to this call to action.  Links to endorse, support, and commit to action individually or as an organization or both are provided below (Links created by Shane Jimerson, Ph.D., President, the Society for the Study of School Psychology).
